All of our products are manufactured, assembled and tested under strict Quality Management Systems in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001.
Computerised stock control systems monitor every step of the production process, from the ordering of raw materials, through to production, final assembly, packing and dispatch.
We have our own in-house CAD/CAM design and prototyping facilities together with a fully equipped toolroom which manufactures our own plastic injection mould tools, press tools, assembly tools and fixtures.
Our modern injection moulding presses (35 to 110 ton capacity) produce all of our plastic components and our stamping and blanking presses (up to 80 ton capacity) produce all of our metal components.
We are able to ensure that our professional quality hand tools are produced to the very highest standards, because we control the complete manufacturing process entirely in-house.
All of our products are manufactured here in the UK and we are proud to supply some of the largest companies around the world with our OEM and private label brands. In fact around 70% of our production is exported to Europe and the USA.
